At Slushin, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Please note, the following items are non-returnable:
– Clearance or final-sale items
– Personalized products
– Certain hygienic items for safety reasons
How to Start a Return
- Email us with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll provide a return authorization and return address.
- Ship the item back. Unless the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or full refund, with no additional cost to you.
